Establishing the Foundation
Our consultants will conduct an on-site assessment to gain a full understanding of each opportunity. This includes preparing a detailed search report and procurement plan to map the next steps.
On behalf of the client, we post details of the opportunity on a wide range of popular Web destinations to ensure a top selection of candidates. A Program Relations Manager will contact all appropriate residency/fellowship programs for the particular specialty involved, and initiate an end-to-end procurement campaign to complement other areas of outreach. Our campaigns are fueled by focused email and fax communications, internal database research, personalized letters, and advertisements in top medical journals across the country.
Candidates are fully evaluated to ensure a perfect match with the opportunity. This includes outlining the professional qualifications, life history, motivations, and accomplishments of the candidate, as well as his/her preferences or requirements for compensation, location, quality of life and quality of practice.
A detailed presentation concerning every aspect of the client opportunity is then presented to the appropriate candidates. We provide everything they need, such as specific information regarding the:

• Medical community
To keep our clients informed of our progress every step of the way, we provide a Weekly Search Summary – a detailed record of all account activity.
Once a list of appropriate candidates has been developed, we provide our clients with:
• A complete physician profile
• The physician’s Curriculum Vitae
• Professional references
Prior to arranging the on-site interview, our consultants conduct a thorough review of the candidate’s references and credentials, provide a detailed candidate biography packet, and personally interview the candidate and his/her spouse.
Following the interview process, we consult with both the candidate and client to evaluate impressions and further discuss the potential of a good match. Once a contract is signed, Carson Kolb will launch a community relations campaign – with the client’s approval – to welcome the new physician in the appropriate local media outlets.
