A Program Relations Manager will contact all appropriate residency/fellowship programs for the particular specialty involved, and initiate an end-to-end procurement campaign to complement other areas of outreach.

Campaigns are fueled by:

• Advertisements in top medical journals across the country.

• Evaluate candidates to ensure a perfect match with the opportunity. This includes outlining the following:

• Professional qualifications
• Life history
• Accomplishments
• Compensation requirements
• Preference of location/quality of life
• Preference for practice

Opportunity Presentation

Submit detailed presentation concerning every aspect of the client opportunity to the appropriate candidates, including specific information regarding:

• Geographic region
• Community
• Town/city
• Medical community
• Practice

Client Updates
Provide Weekly Search Summary – a detailed record of all account activity – to keep client informed of search progress

Candidate Selection
Once a list of candidates has been developed, we provide clients with:
• Complete physician profile
• Physician’s Curriculum Vitae
• Professional references

Interview Preparation
• Prior to on-site interview, conduct a thorough review of the candidate’s references and credentials
• Provide detailed candidate biography packet
• Personally interview the candidate and his/her spouse

Post Interview
• Consult with both the candidate and client to evaluate impressions and further discuss the potential of a good match
• Upon contract agreement and signing, launch community relations campaign – with the client’s approval – to welcome the new physician in the appropriate local media outlets
